We have lived in a number of apartments and Carlos is by far the best building manager we have come across. He takes great care of the building. He is a great communicator, attentive to details, while having a friendly and calm demeanour which puts residents. Our 3.5 year stay at the Antipodean apartments was the best apartment we have lived in, and Carlos’ management was one of the key reasons for that.
